Dejan Lovren: Roma plotting £15m offer for Liverpool star this summer

Earlier this season according to SunSport, Lovren was on the verge of signing a £23m deal with the Stadio Olimpico outfit but the club later changed the deal for an initial loan move. And this ended their negotiations abruptly with the Merseyside club, but Corriere dello.

Sport reports that Paulo Fonseca’s side are back after failing to land Juventus’ Daniele Rugani. Reports reveal that Roma are still proposing a loan deal for the Croat but this time with an option to buy him based on his performance at the club.

‘The She-Wolf’ as they are called are looking for replacement for Kostas Manolas who joined Napoli during the course of the transfer window and Lovren seem like a perfect fit for them. He has also agreed to take pay cut as part of the deal to leave Anfield for the Italian League side this summer.

Lovren joined Liverpool from Southampton for £20m in 2014 – scoring seven goals in 170 appearances with his current deal at the club expiring in the summer of 2021. earlier reported that Barcelona representatives are in France as they hope to finalise Neymar’s deal with Paris Saint Germain before the transfer window shuts.
